As part of cooperation I will :

- Negotiate the financial part of the transaction (rental or buying)
- Negotiate conditions of the transaction
- Verify the ownership of the estate and the legal status as well
- Prepare all necessary documents, including contracts in English
- Arrange the notary if necessary
- Assist you at every stage of the process
